1. Project Brief

Design a 17”x 22” poster using original photography to visualize an unseen environmental impact. The piece required text, color, a statistic, and a call to action to elicit a strong emotional response from the audience.

2. Software & Tools

The design and editing were executed entirely in Adobe Photoshop. Tools were used for photo composition, color manipulation, typography integration, and creating a realistic location mockup for the final presentation.

3. Final Deliverable

A powerful poster highlighting the environmental injustice faced by West Oakland's predominantly Black and Brown communities near the Port of Oakland. It connects historical redlining to current respiratory illness crises.
